SHIPPING TIME
Our freight (standard and expedited shipping) is based on different destinations and package weight. If you need a specific amount, please visit the checkout page and then choose your destination to get a shipping estimate. We are now happy to offer FREE Worldwide Shipping on orders over $198. For a faster shipping service, you can choose from our standard or expedited shipping options. Many factors contribute to delivery time. We strive to ship your product as quickly as possible within the time frame indicated on each product page.

Processing time differs from product to product. All items are made to order and require 1-3 business days to be handmade.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please note that the delivery address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal payment model). If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.

The address may be changed before your orders are shipped. However, we are unable to change the shipping method or address once we ship your orders.

TRACKING AN ORDER
You will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped, providing your shipping tracking number, and providing a direct link to the carrier's package tracking site. If you need further tracking information, please contact us.

IMPORTANT
When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us due to an address problem, you will be charged for reshipping, if you apply a 30% restocking fee.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow. You can also check your order information on Track My Order.

ABOUT TAXES AND DUTIES
Shipments from all of our warehouses are not cleared by customs. Therefore, any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. If applicable, these fees must be paid by customers. Customers assume full responsibility for all return shipping charges, customs fees and handling fees if they refuse to accept a package due to import duties or taxes. Please note that due to customs regulations, we cannot declare items purchased as gifts or quote an amount lower than the actual price of the product.
